If you are like me, a very picky eater, then you have a tough time finding food that is safe and that you like. Here is an all time favorite dinner that I make with my mom featuring one of my favorite fish (salmon).
What you will need is:
- 2-lb. fillet fresh caught Salmon
- 2 Lemons
- 2 bunches of asparagus
- one bunch of dill
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 3 tablespoons of Olive Oil
Rinse and dry salmon.
Put the washed/rinsed salmon on tin foil.
Drizzle one tablespoon of olive oil on top. Crush 2 cloves garlic put on top.
Cut 1 lemon into slices, put on top. Rinse dill and sprinkle that on top.
When that is done put on a hot grill and wash the asparagus.
Now break the tough part of the stem off of each one, then drizzle remaining olive oil on top along with one clove of crushed garlic!
Now put the on the grill and keep on checking it until the fish is no longer translucent and watch the asparagus until it is tender.
